Come visit to enjoy some craft brews in Peabody Heights Brewery’s tasting room at Old Orioles Park!! They have a laid back atmosphere complete with rotating food trucks and an arcade room. One of the things I personally love is their inclusive community and events - it has a welcoming environment and it's family friendly.

The Dugout Arcade

PHB installed an arcade + bar with over 45+ arcade games and pinball machines. On a weeknight like ours, the cost is $12 for free-play access, offering an opportunity to challenge new friends in a variety of ways. It's a fun way to put some fun on top of stimulating conversation. Godspeed to those of you with dance skills - I'll stick with the Ghostbusters pinball machine.

"Join us, grab a craft brew, and let the friendly atmosphere at Peabody Heights Brewery set the stage for unforgettable moments."

Parking. There is a small private lot that accommodates roughly 15 vehicles, but there is plenty of street parking in the neighborhood, and a large parking lot two blocks over 32nd Street.

Non-alcoholic drinks. They have kombucha from Tortuga Kombucha on tap and La Croix at the bar.

If you didn't get a chance to join the meet and greet at Checkerspot, this will be another good opportunity to mingle in a relaxed setting - unless you talk smack to someone about your virtual racing skills.

Good afternoon to all you wonderful people!

Thank you to the gaming squad yesterday for joining and showing the measure of our collective abilities with quality arcade action. I appreciate flexing those rock-paper-scissors skills to get into the competitive spirit, too!! Please feel free to send me any feedback or requests to make these events better. 😁

P.S. The place was hopping, so if you ever want to do a trivia night, Greg’s Shitty Trivia is well attended and ready for new challengers on Wednesdays.

Next Event

Our next event will be at Nepenthe Brewing Co., one of my faves in the area, and will be a group dinner (hence - nom nom). I’ve reserved us tables, prepared a craft pairing menu, and primed the bartenders to make suggestions against what your meal of choice will be. 🍔

Fun fact for this crew. Their resident worker cat is named Jeppson. And for those looking for another reason to celebrate life, Jeppson’s 1 year adoption party (and BARCS fundraiser) is around the corner on February 8.
